    1. OVERVIEW

    This website and online learning platform are operated by SKILLS CONSULTING – FZCO (License Number 38745 – IFZA Dubai Silicon Oasis).
    By accessing our site or purchasing any Subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service.

    These Terms apply to all customers, including parents purchasing subscriptions for their children.

    2. NATURE OF SERVICE

    SKILLS CONSULTING – FZCO provides:

    • Digital e-learning courses

    • Subscription-based access (monthly or annual)

    • Live online coaching sessions

    • Educational content for children and adults

    All products are digital — no physical delivery.

    3. SUBSCRIPTIONS OFFERED

    We offer the following subscription plans:

    🔵 Basic Unlimited – 150 AED/month

    • Unlimited access to all e-learning courses

    • Kids + Adults courses

    • Includes 2 live sessions per month (30 min each) if the plan specifies it for the child

    • Renews monthly

    • Cancel anytime (effective end of billing period)

    🟡 Premium Coaching – 399 AED/month

    • Priority access to all courses

    • Personalised coaching & guidance

    • More frequent or extended live sessions (as described on the product page)

    • Renews monthly

    • Cancel anytime

    🟣 Annual Unlimited – 1,190 AED/year

    • Full unlimited access to all courses for 12 months

    • Best-value option

    • Renews annually

    • Cancel anytime (cancellation applies at the end of the paid year)

    • No monthly sessions included unless explicitly stated

    These plans may include different benefits described on each product page.
    Purchasing a Subscription means you agree to the renewal terms attached to that plan.

    4. BILLING & AUTO-RENEWAL

    By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment provider (Stripe, Google Pay, etc.) to:

    • Charge your chosen Subscription price

    • Renew automatically at the listed interval

    • Charge your card until you cancel

    ⚠️ You must cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

    We are not responsible for:

    • Refunds due to forgetting to cancel

    • Cards expiring or being declined

    5. CANCELLATION POLICY

    Cancellation is simple and can be done anytime from your user account.

    • ❌ No refunds are provided for the current billing period.

    • ✔ You retain access until the end of your paid month/year.

    • ✔ Cancelling prevents future renewals.

    6. LIVE SESSIONS POLICY (where applicable)

    Depending on your plan (Basic or Premium):

    • Live sessions must be booked in advance

    • Cancellations must be made 24 hours before

    • Missed sessions are considered completed

    • Teachers may reschedule if unavailable

    • Live sessions apply per child / per subscription

    Annual Unlimited generally does not include live sessions unless specified on the product page.

    7. ACCOUNT USE

    You agree that:

    • Each subscription is for 1 user / 1 child

    • Sharing accounts is prohibited

    • Content cannot be downloaded, shared, or recorded

    • We may suspend accounts that violate terms

    8. TECHNICAL ACCESS

    If you cannot access your course:

    • Contact support immediately

    • If it is our system issue → we will extend access or fix the problem

    • If the issue is from your device or internet → no refund

    9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    To the extent permitted by UAE law:

    • We are not liable for indirect damages

    • We are not responsible for child supervision

    • We are not responsible for technical problems outside our control

    Our total liability is limited to the amount of the subscription for the current billing cycle.

    10. GOVERNING LAW

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

    1. GENERAL RULE

    As our products are digital and accessible immediately upon purchase:

    ❌ All subscription fees are non-refundable.

    This applies to all plans:

    • 150 AED/month

    • 399 AED/month

    • 1,190 AED/year

    2. FREE TRIAL / FREE ACCESS PERIOD

    We may offer a 1-day free access trial allowing you to explore our platform before subscribing.

    After this trial, payment is required to continue.

    Trials may be modified or removed at any time.

    3. NO REFUNDS AFTER ACCESS IS GRANTED

    Once the subscription is activated:

    • No refunds for unused time

    • No refunds for accidental purchases

    • No refunds for forgetting to cancel

    • No refunds for missed live sessions

    • No refunds if the child does not attend sessions

    • No refunds for annual plans after activation

    4. CANCELLATION RULES

    You may cancel anytime.

    • Cancellation prevents future charges

    • Your access stays active until the end of the paid period

    • No prorated refunds

    5. LIVE SESSION REFUNDS

    For plans including live coaching (Basic or Premium):

    • Sessions missed without 24-hour notice are counted as completed

    • No refunds for missed or unused sessions

    • If we cancel a session → we will reschedule it

    6. TECHNICAL ISSUES

    Only issues directly caused by SKILLS CONSULTING – FZCO qualify for compensation.

    We do not refund for:

    • poor internet

    • device problems

    • missed lessons due to personal reasons

    • scheduling conflicts

    We may extend access at our discretion.

    7. ERRORS OR DUPLICATE PAYMENTS

    Valid duplicate charges or technical payment errors will be refunded within 7 business days once verified.

    This does not include automated renewals.

    8. GOVERNING LAW

    Refund and return policies follow UAE law.
